Replay the Spire (+ Construct?) Grab bag issue

I just finished a Construct run, including Replay the Spire, where, upon winning my second boss fight, I had the opportunity to get grab bag as my boss relic. I picked the relics from the grab bag, initially Cursed Key and Astrolabe, and did a save and quit out of the game ~~Dinner was ready~~. Upon returning to the game, I had the opportunity to pick the relics again. However, When trying to pick Cursed Key, It would only allow me to inspect it, as if I already had it. Meaning, I could not get the relics I already obtained. For testing sake, I tried again with Ectoplasm and Honey Jar, and saved and quit again. Upon getting back, I couldn't get any of the aforementioned relics, leaving me with only one choice.

I want to point out that I did not sort the relics after obtaining them. It might still be due to Relic Sorter, but I figured I would at least point it out
