Rune of Simplicity doesn't save

I had rune of simplicity and 2 strikes upgraded with it first one was only Strike+ other one was Strike+4. Then i saved game and quit, when i returned first strike was still Strike+ but second strike wich was +4 now was just Strike+. There was no crashes or errors. Slay the spire update from: 12.20.2018 Mods i was using:
