Applying effects to entities doesn't always seem to work.

I don't fully know the extent of the issue, it could just be an issue with dart shooters or it could be an issue in general. Just making this issue to keep note of it.

Entities also don't seem to always be effected by the status effect, as sometimes they won't receive damage despite having a damaging effect applied
