While running, moa legs clip into their new tail feathers

100% dont know if its possible, but it would be nice to make the tail feathers have the “running in the wind” effect, also the bird's legs clip into them which looks obnoxious as hell-

Might as well fix in the port when trying to make mob animations work as good as possible asap.
