Bug: Inconsistent leaf decay behavior

• Some leaf types decay at the edges of trees when they shouldn't, due to being too far away from a log block.
• Meanwhile some other types don't decay after logs are gone.

• Skyroot-wood Trees dont decay.
• Wisproot-wood partially decay except for the top but not entirely.
• Greatroot-wood trees have a couple random blocks decay.
