support for creating nsp with multiprograms

I do not know if it is a feature already added, if it is, I would like to know how to do it. I have several programs that are executed from the first one, each one has its own Control.nacp file that the only thing that would change is the program and the one digit of the ID.

0 = main program 1 = second program 2 = third program
