1.12.2 Feature request - config to disable the tome of knowledge sharing.

The new research is fun and a storyline, and I don't want the tome in my pack, can you please add the ability to disable it?

I believe the usual mod pack makers use to modify recipes can do that, I will add a config however it will be default enabled. if mod-pack creators dont want it, they will have to change the setting, not the other way around. it doesn't matter how 'fun' and or storyline-containing it is, some people will still hate it. Also the tome is useful for lets-players wanting to share worlds.
