Make the owner of a character prominantly visible when it is your character or shared with you

This is related to #104

It's quite easy when managing multiple campaigns, and a handful of NPCs to end up with a very large number of sheets, and at that point, it becomes easy to forget which character belongs to which player.

Please make this information visible as part of the header, ideally next to the character's name.
