Proxy not working

Hi, I've tried setting up the proxy and followed step by step, but I can't get it to work. When I login in game I get : "We're not able to connect. Please check your network settings and try again". On the proxy window I get: untitled Im using Windows 10 with the latest proxy version and playing on an iPhone 6s with the latest version of the game. Hopefully I'll be able to fix it with some help!
