This issue should be reopened. As far as I understand, editing has only been implemented for local posts (and newly fetching previously edited remote posts)

There's a lot of problems with Lemmy -- focusing support on either just /kbin or the choice between /kbin and Lemmy may be a better route to go.

Party mode was only ever in the react native version of Discord. Backporting those effects to Kotlin would be far more work than it's worth.
