Canon requires you to put in the serial number to download software, maybe you could share one so I could test.

We definitely don't want someone to expose their serial key on this public issue.

We'll need someone to private message @moffpage a key or provide a screenshot themselves.

Be sure to include the App, Activity Monitor showing the app details, and About this Mac so we can see the exact OS version.
