text-gray-400 is not accessible

Describe the bug text-gray-400 class is not an accessible color, especially in the footer as column headings (THAT, Support, Company, Legal)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to that.us
  2. In inspector, click on Lighthouse
  3. Click "Generate Report"
  4. See error "Background and foreground colors do not have a sufficient contrast ratio."

Expected behavior Text color should have a color contrast ratio of 4.5:1, it currently has 2.44:1

  • Browser: Chrome

Suggested color that would be accessible is #6D7788, but would need to see how that fits into the THAT.us color system.
