Updating existing submission - the tab title is "Page Not Found - THAT"

Describe the bug When updating an existing submission, the tab title is "Page Not Found - THAT"

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Log in.
2. Create an event.
3. Go to my submissions.
4. Find your event and click edit.
5. Look at the title of the tab.

Expected behavior I assume that the tab title would be something like "Edit Event"

Additional context It's not preventing me from updating the event. Just an FYI.

I tried to reproduce this, and the tab was "Edit Activity", and it didn't change until I switched to a different tab. The third time, it changed the title by itself, it seemed. I got a gif of the tab changing its own name.
