Event Timezone Always America/Chicago

Describe the bug Selecting a timezone for an event does not stick.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a new event
2. Select a time (e.g. 4:30 PM) and timezone (e.g. America/Los_Angeles)
3. Press "Create"
4. Edit the event
5. The timezone will be America/Chicago and the time will 4:30PM

Expected behavior The timezone should be used for time calculations
