Scroll sessions page to current time of day

On August third as the event progresses the sessions on the top of the /sessions page will become stale, done. As members wish to find new sessions to attend, they will always need to scroll past them.

Two thoughts here: a. scroll the page to the current time to bring the member to the current/coming sessions or b. No longer show sessions which are more than one hour old.

I'd be concerned about option b, I might want to go back to look at who the other person was in a session earlier in the day
