auth0 - Need to be able to change email address when changed on THAT member profile

There is not currently a way to change the email address associated with auth0. If a user changes their THAT profile email address, they will be out of sync with auth0 as that does not get changed with the update.

Opening issue to keep track of this future enhancement.
