No profile image doesn't allow you to continue, no warnings

While creating a new profile I left the File Upload empty. I am unable to continue, though there is nothing which states that the profile image is required.

This is not corrected as per feedback provided when trying to click the Continue button without submitting a Profile Image.

@brettski Do we want one of the red error messages, or something that pops up? Since only the profile picture upload is on the page, I'd think the red text will be good enough. Maybe just adding the text to the page right away when it loads?

My thought is the same as the other fields, red text under field that it is required. I am curious to know if those how are red color blind, can they see that text?
