Session submission process as a new member does not flow all the way through

When starting the session submission process and having to create a new member profile, the flow does not continue through to the actual submission process. The only way to currently submit a session is to already have a member profile and then go through the "Become a Counselor" process that starts at /wi/call-for-counselors.
