Improved russian translations & adjusted formatting

Formatted the translation files to all align and make it easier for people to compare strings in an attempt to help make the process of future translations easier for people.

Updated the Russian translations for the modification, corrected multiple capitalization mistakes, corrected "improper-sounding" strings, and added information for strings that were entirely missing altogether.
