IntranetGeoIP (v3.0.1) not working in Matomo 4.2.1

Matomo 4.2.1 PHP Version 7.3.18 I updated as suggested https://github.com/ThaDafinser/Piwik-IntranetGeoIP/issues/44

=4.0.0-b1,<5.0.0-b1 This allowed me to enable it, however it stopped all site tracking and I had to disable it.
