getCpuUsage not working

I downloaded the latest version, but I get the following error, and I don't know how to fix it. Any suggestions?

getCpuUsage(): couldn't access STAT path or STAT file invalid

This is my server's info: Operating system: Linux 4.10.0-35-generic Apache: Apache PHP: 5.6.40-26+ubuntu16.04.1+deb.sury.org+1 MySQL: 5.7.33-0ubuntu0.16.04.1

Try on windows, if work, is a linux only problem.
