Align title to the left in markdown

Concerning the markdown preview, I see that the titles are centered. I would like to have them on the left instead. How can I achieve this?

i'm also looking into how to do this. it seems that in markdown files the title and all headings are centred but the other text is left aligned. would really like to make headings / titles left aligned also

I use widescreen monitor and it looks really weird when all the text is aligns to left side of the panel but the header is in center. I know that resizing the window should do the work, but it would be nice as an option
