Combine download and export options together

After meeting review on Oct 7 2024, we realized that the current download option at menu bar is confusing and should be unified. Now there is only one button at the top representing download and export together and when hovered, opens the following two options:

• Export Execution Result (export only CSV to dataset)
• Download All Operators Result (Download all operators result as zip file)
