I've successfully downloaded it, it was a problem with my browser settings, it was blocking every file from github, have you successfully downloaded it now?

Congrats! I have not download it yet. How did you find out that downloading failure was caused by your browser? Should I check my browser settings too? (I am currently using Google Chrome as my web browser)

The browser I am using is Edge, and I directly searched for relevant solutions based on the error prompted by the browser. In the end, I found that modifying the setting to allow content download from github solved this problem
