Add support for Ocarina of Time coop version 7.

The OOTR Potsanity 3.0 PR (see below) updates the format of the override keys to be 64 bits and updates the coop context to version 7. This PR adds support for these changes. Opening as a draft until the Potsanity 3.0 PR is going to be merged.
