Censor system username in tracebacks shown by the GUI

The GUI can sometimes display Python tracebacks with instructions to post them in Discord. To avoid users unwittingly posting their usernames in public, we may want to censor the paths in these tracebacks, for example by replacing instances of Utils.local_path() with a placeholder like <randomizer path>.
