The text that gave this person trouble seems to be the text for finding a 2nd ruto's letter if you're playing in plentiful? (This wasn't a plentiful items seed though.)

I tried talking to Mido after he moves with a couple randomized text boxes, and other item text boxes don't seem to cause the softlock. Not sure what's special about the duplicate letter text box (though I haven't plando'd this specific text box yet to try to repro).
