Add "Meme bridge" setting

Add a "Meme bridge" logic/setting that works like that :

Ganon castle bridge appears if you have ice arrow + green rupee + Stone of Agony + double defense

Meme% is commonly understood to be ice arrow + green rupee + Stone of Agony + Nayru's Love + winner heart piece. Double defence is not included.

I'd say a requirement for this should be that players can see whether their save has found green rupee and winner heart piece (though we don't need to see that outside of this setting).

It feels a bit strange to acknowledge meme% in the randomizer GUI. Perhaps an alternative would be a feature to allow customizing the bridge condition via plando. This would be a nontrivial effort since it would essentially require generating code, but I could see it being a fun project personally.
