Randomise location titles

So for example you enter Kokiri Forest and the title says "Ganon's Castle", you head inside the Great Deku Tree and it says "Bombchu Bowling Alley", etc. etc.?

Would probably be a subset of Text Shuffle.

Thinking about it, you could randomise boss titles as well.

You'd have to be aware of any text length limitations. And yes, it would be part of text shuffle, which makes it low priority for the dev team (but potentially acceptable if someone does implement it).

This PR has been accepted under the condition that it's implemented as part of text shuffle and not as a separate setting.
