Generating a dice before start turn ignores Rules.replacegfx()
(e.g. Pirate Hook?'s before execute script)
I actually encountered it in way different conditions, but it seems like generating a dice before start turn ignores Rules.replacegfx() no matter the way (givedice() or via new elements.Dice() wackery) not sure if this bug also can be encountered with things like Pirate Hook? or some other stuff that generates a dice without using givedice()
