Priority bugs from watching streams

Couple of things I've seen on streams that I'd really like to fix (though I'm sure there's a specific issue for them somewhere already)

• [x] If you upgrade two Equipment? cards as Jester sometimes they don't both start in your hand (I thought I'd fixed this, I haven't)
• [x] Common crash bug on Trade shop on Jester Floor 4, seems to happen as often as it doesn't
• [ ] Fury doesn't work with Lift Off (Rocket Launch final stage), which is a bit of a bummer
• [x] If you steal both Imitate and any potion and use Crowbar to activate both at once, it causes major problems and usually results in a crash
• [x] If you quit thief and go straight into Warrior, you can be given a stolen card as a workout card. It sorta fixes itself, but if that card transforms equipment or the player, it can cause serious problems - https://twitter.com/nihera_face/status/1545468811976986624
