Generalise the "draftmode" from Warrior Reunion so that modders can use it for other purposes

a few things i could wish for is having a script that runs as soon as you choose draft card, and having a way to override all workout-related strings because currently i have to use localetech. though i feel like there are muuuch more things to be changed, e.g. i have to manually set self.finderskeepers = 0 to prevent "getting" workout cards after each battle
