Gauntlet doesn't create a copy of a red card that was Dodged

This was on my list, but... do any of the Reunion enemies actually dodge? Only Mimic, and they're not currently used (and even if they were, you can't get Gauntlets until after you've already beaten them).

Nope! Because the "vanilla_loudbird" setting includes Silence, Jester is excluded!
