Create TerriaMap QGIS plugin

It would be cool to have a QGIS plugin to simplify creating TerriaMaps from QGIS projects.

This could include

  • Generate Terria catalog items for compatible data sources
  • Turn QGIS symbology to Terria TableStyleTraits
  • ...
