Styling: "Extreme values detected" wording inverted

With the new styling we now have an Extreme values detected notification:

However, the wording may be inverted. E.g. when extreme values have been detected but are not shown we say Extreme values detected (click to hide) when we are in fact not showing them, and if you click it which makes them show we then say Extreme values hidden (click to show) when we are in fact actually showing them.

@meh9 if you want to get fancy you could merge the extreme toggle and legend. I assume there is some styling magic in the background selecting a contrasting colour to highlight extreme values that have been excluded? Red/green was a bad choice, but you get the idea.
