NatMap - add QLD fuel prices data

I’d like to let you know that Queensland now also has up-to-date fuel price reporting data available which could be included in the National Map.

The data, which includes locations and fuel types sold and more, is available either: • from the Queensland Government’s Open Data portal (historical monthly that should be useful for the locations but the data source URL would need to be updated monthly) OR • as an API from our third party provider Fuel Prices Queensland.
