NationalMap - progress bar needs better colour/contrast

User feedback: A white progress bar often appears at the top of the map when loading satellite imagery. It's good to have a progress bar, but I think that it should be an "unnatural" colour such as red so that it can be clearly seen no matter what is in the background. In particular, white is bad because it matches clouds and so is often hard to see.
