[Mini sheet] Improve clic interactions with map objects

• [ ] Get all entities bellow mouse cursor
• [ ] Display a menu to select which layer you to display the mini-sheet
• [ ] Limit the number of layers displayed in the menu (settable in back office?)

Hightlight (3D + Icon + polygon + line + point)

• [ ] Set an opacity to all entities but the one selected on the map (what happens when an opacity value is already set on the layer's style?)
• [ ] Keep setting of color of hightlight for polygon/line/point layers from backoffice
