"Has Update" filter doesn't properly show updates for embedded mods

The "Has Update" filter fails to correctly identify and display updates for mods that are embedded within other mods. For example, mods like Sodium Extra and Reese's Sodium Options, which are included as part of the Sodium mod, do not appear at the top of the list when using the "Has Update" filter, even if they have updates available.
