Allow ignoring available updates for certain mods

Some mods' new versions are incompatible with other mods, or I simply do not wish to update them. However, ModMenu still informs me that these mods can be updated every time it checks for updates and marks the "Mods" button with an asterisk. This prevents me from determining whether there are any mods that actually require updates based on the menu indicators.

Meanwhile, would it be possible to add a feature to the filter options: to display only the mods that have updates available?
