Cannot include ModMenu 9.2.0 (1.20.4)

POM seems to be shading in extra dependencies on 1.20.4, which isn't consistent with the upper branches:

Hmm, I think this is probably a bug with the older version of Loom the 1.20.4 branch uses. For now, I would probably just mark Mod Menu as a non-transitive dep, since it includes all of its deps I don't think they should be in the POM.
