Replace Player Reporting Button

Hi there,

I would like to request the option to have the 'Mods' button replace the 'Player Reporting' (Multiplayer) / 'Open to LAN' (Singleplayer) button.

I feel like it would fit better next to the settings button, since ModMenu allows you to change mod settings, and could be used with mods like GFARB.
