Allow modders to include an image(s) below their description

Basically, you'd allow modders to have some mod-picture.json to configure the set of pictures that they'd want to show in the modmenu below their description and it would show them

From a mod file perspective, this would make a lot of mods larger than needed...

That could be fixed be allowing external images using a CDN or by loading them from the mods website. That way they don't need to be in the mod.
