[🐛]: Can't use the filter in the GT ore prospectors

Expected Behavior

I should be able to type into the text box at the top right of the ore prospector GUI to filter ores, and be able to click on the items in the list to filter them as well

Actual Behavior

Clicking and typing does nothing

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open an ore prospector GUI
2. Click or type

Additional Information

This used to work in 0.7.19, and apparently it works in clean instances that only have latest GTM in them, so it's not a GTM bug.
