Your solution

1. Use the existing TFGTagPrefix for small ores to generate new ones for GT materials
2. Change the loot table for GT indicators to drop these small ores (either in tfg-core since there's already a mixin for the indicators there I think? or in kubejs)
3. Ensure small ores have appropriate recipes to turn them into dusts (it's ok if they skip the whole ore processing chain)

Additional information

This will both be more consistent with other ores, and also make fewer materials dangerous to pick up. (Radioactive ones will still be dangerous)
