Give Aged Corn Whiskey and Aged Rye Whiskey status effects

These currently have no status effects, unlike the other aged alcohols. It'd be nice if they did something!

https://github.com/HermitOwO/TFC-Aged-Alcohol/issues/6 suggests they are supposed to have haste effects like the other whiskeys, but is bugged on the 2.2 version of the mod for whatever reason.
