broken recipe for fluid vessel

Expected Behavior

recipes with an empty tag should not appear on EMI

Actual Behavior

Create Connected Fluid Vessel recipe that makes fluid tanks very cheap has been modified by emptying the forge:barrels/wooden tag, but it still shows up as a potential recipe in EMI

Steps to Reproduce

1. Look up Fluid Vessel
2. Press the Recipes button while hovering over the EMI entry
3. See unintended recipe

Additional Information

Either the forge:barrels/wooden is unintentionally empty, or the recipe was not intended and has escaped purging
