launch server using files as downloaded other than changing Xmx from 1024 to 22600

I did this on a server hosting site (exaroton) with 16384MB of memory and it worked but on my computer when I launched it it broke all 3 times
and before you say that I maybe allocated more RAM than I have my PC has 64GB
the log shows as if the java version is not supported, that is why the error occurs, make sure that you have 17+ java of the current release installed, if several versions are installed, for example 8 and 17, set the default one by editing the system variable JAVA_HOME, or specify the path to java in the file server_starter.conf, java_path, if you use our server package
If the error persists, attach the full log file or crash log
