Expected Behavior
Recipes with potential for conflicts should use different frequencies to make autocrafting possible without dedicated LCRs and locked outputs
Actual Behavior
The recipe for Butyraldehyde uses 1B Propane, 2B Hydrogen and 1B Carbon Monoxide. The recipe for Methanol uses 4B Hydrogen and 1B Carbon Monoxide. Both recipes use frequency 1. Because of that, if you input the materials to craft 2 Butyraldehyde (2B Propane, 4B Hydrogen and 2B Carbon Monoxide) it will instead craft Methanol using the 4B of Hydrogen and 1B of Carbon Monoxide. This makes autocrafting impossible on a generic LCR setup. Not sure if this a GT issue or an issue with TFG though.
Steps to Reproduce
- setup autocrafting Butyraldhyde using AE2 and a LCR with no locked outputs
- request at least 2B of Butyraldehyde
- receive 0 Butyraldehyde and instead get Methanol and some leftovers in the input hatch
Additional Information
Frequency for one of the recipes should be changed to avoid conflicts
shouldn't butyraldehyde use no circuit or was something sneak changed in 0.11.8? (image from 0.11.7)
That's probably it, I did not have that issue before updating today, and I was kinda confused why the pattern was in the wrong LCR (blank frequency instead of frequency 1)
some 0.12 recipes are already in-game in 0.11.8, maybe someone changed it to 1 without testing
@Redeix
can't repro this now, the butyraldehyde is now on circuit 1 and the methanol is on circuit 2 - idk who fixed it
This issue is still there in 0.11.9, can this be reopened?
I moved butyraldehyde to 5 now
