[🐛]: Tool swapper backpack upgrade - Don't recognize certain tools as tools

Expected Behavior

When using a advanced tool swapper upgrade, it will swap the tools you are using to the appropriate tools. However, after it has changed your tool to a wrench, wire cutter (typical greg tech tools, maybe others), the backpack upgrade no longer recognize these as tools, so it will no longer work, and you have to manually open your backpack, and change to the appropriate tool. It works fine for normal tools
